As a lifelong fitness and healthcare professional, I became aware that more must be done to truly take care of yourself other than just eating well and exercising. I spent years going to doctor after doctor with major gut issues and no answers. Then, at the age of 42, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and forced down the road of the current "disease care" system. If I only had the tools that I share with you, it's possible this could have been avoided.
